The Indemnitor (Person signing responsibility for defendant) will complete a application, which will guarantee the defendants appearance in court. Unless it is a warrant, bailing someone out of jail will postpone the original court date, to a different day usually weeks or months away.
Initiate The Release Process
Posting a bond to the jail will initiate the defendant’s release. Depending on what jail it is, release times can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Our agents will wait with you until the person is out, to assure there are no problems
